CUSTOMER RETURNS

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees for any returned items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely delivered. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition. Please note returns can take several weeks to arrive ack to our warehouse from the facility as postal carriers do not prioritize returns.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that orders are processed promptly, and we may not be able to intercept the shipping process. Should your order already be in transit, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, and our standard return policy will apply.
