Callan Krause

I start with a full-body assessment, looking at range of motion to identify tension imbalances between sides. From there, I run a movement quality assessment based around your meaningful task, along with a strength assessment targeting the muscles you need to perform it well.

From the results, I build you a custom program. You’ll be doing self-tissue work, targeted stretching (if needed), and a lot of time-under-tension postural exercises to balance your body before progressing into integrated exercises that tie it all together.

The goal isn’t to “fix” you, it’s to give you the tools to fix yourself and maintain your body for life with a solid, sustainable routine.

This work isn’t easy. It takes dedicated time, effort, and sharp attention to your nutrition. I work best with people who are passionate about improving; if you’re not ready to fully commit, or you’re extremely time-poor, another practitioner may be a better fit.

I also tend to run overtime with my sessions, so leave an extra 30 minutes spare after each one. The entire process is based on testing and retesting, using pain reduction as the marker for progress. I don’t charge extra when I go overtime, it’s simply part of getting the best result possible.

    We’ll connect face-to-face to go over your goals, concerns, and any specific issues you’re experiencing. This session lays the foundation for your personalised program.
  • Personalised program design with app access
    You’ll receive a custom-built program tailored to your needs, delivered through an easy-to-use app so you can stay consistent and on track.
  • 3 months of direct access to Callan
    For ongoing support, you’ll have the ability to message Callan directly with any questions or updates as you move through your program.

Eight hours at $2000

This program isn’t about “fixing your problems.”
It’s about teaching you how to correct your own imbalances over time, so you can take control and empower yourself in the long run.

Here’s what the process looks like:

  • 2 hours are dedicated to a detailed Length-Tension & Lifestyle Assessment.
    We’ll test the range of motion of each major muscle group down to the degree, so we have something measurable to work from, and something concrete to refer back to when we reassess your progress.
  • 1 hour is spent writing your custom stretching and corrective exercise program.
    This program is built around your unique needs and daily demands, designed to restore balance, function, and ease in your body.
  • 5 hours (5 sessions) are dedicated to working through the program together.
    These sessions are focused on coaching you through the movements, refining your technique, and ensuring you're confident in applying the work on your own.

Sessions may be spaced weekly or monthly, depending on your progress and how long you need to become competent with the exercises.

Extended Program $5000 (Save $1250)

For those who want to go a little deeper. This is the full body reset.

Over 25 weeks, you’ll work with me one-on-one each week inside Corrective Culture. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body and rebuild it from the ground up.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Custom program for posture and weakness
    I’ll assess how you move and build a plan around your unique imbalances. This becomes your personalised blueprint to restore function and feel better long-term.
  • Stretching and soft tissue release
    You’ll learn my personal approach to daily maintenance. We’ll focus on releasing tension, opening joints, and creating lasting space in your body.
  • Integrated strength training
    We go beyond rehab. I’ll design a strength program that works with your body, not against it, and I’ll be there to coach you through every step.
  • Weekly in-person cueing
    There’s no guesswork here. I’ll guide you each week to fine-tune your technique, hold you accountable, and make sure real progress is happening.
