Pack of 3 glute resistance bands, providing 3 different levels of resistance.

Designed to target the glute medius during hip extension exercises. We had these custom tensioned to our liking for rehabilitation to target the postural fibres of the glutes. A muscle group that must be conditioned for pelvic stability & back pain.
